I'm just going to change something so will have to restart the machine. The forum will be away for about 10 minutes.

Hi Cat,

May I add my thanks for this forum, and the opportunity to converse with naturists from far, far away.

I too have had the problem of needing to log in manually for some time now.

What can be frustrating is when you respond to a topic reply notification, only to be told that you [still] have to log on.

Kind regards,
AussieIan.

Hi Ian - I use a password manager on Firefox (LastPass) and log in through LastPass - it solves that annoyance and on my new PC with W10, is very fast. You DO have to remeber your 'Master Password'.

And I echo your thanks to Cat (and the moderators) who make this a great place to chat.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the advice. I'm not very computer literate so I'll just keep logging on manually in the hope that one day the "auto log-in" facility returns.

Regards,
AussieIan.
